Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
For domestic orders in the United Kingdon, it will normally take 2 to 3 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 4 weeks.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does Izidio Watches provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If the product finds damages, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING & FAQ
All orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days.
Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes between 7 – 21 working days depending on the shipping plan. See below for specific shipping times for each plan:
Standard - Up to 28 working days (Usually within 19 days). Tracking dependant on the item.
Express - Between 7-20 days (Usually within 14 days). Tracked.
Express Plus - Up to 14 days (Usually within 7 days). Tracked.
The shipping times may vary for international customers (Domestic classed as being UK, USA, Canada, Australia and most European Countries). Shipping prices are based on each individual product.

Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, We provide the tracking number within your confirmation e-mail that is sent after order processing. If you haven't received it or can't find it, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Where is the other thing I ordered?
Since our products are made by a few different manufacturers, if you order a few different items, they may arrive separately so don’t freak out if you open the packet and there’s an item missing!
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are either handled by Paypal or Shopify Payments/Stripe. Either way, we don’t store any of your credit/debit card info ever.
What if there is a problem with my product?
Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll either send you a new one or give you your money back. You have 30 days from receiving the product, no further questions asked. We know what it feels like to get a dud after waiting patiently for ages (and unfortunately when you ship enough orders it happens, not often but it does happen) so we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
