All orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days.
Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes between 3 – 10 working days depending on the shipping plan. See below for specific shipping times for each plan:
Standard - Up to 4 working days (Usually within 15 days). Tracking dependant on the item.
The shipping times may vary for international customers (Domestic classed as being UK, USA, Canada, Australia and most European Countries). Shipping prices are based on each individual product.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, We provide the tracking number within your confirmation e-mail that is sent after order processing. If you haven't received it or can't find it, don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where is the other thing I ordered?
Since our products are made by a few different manufacturers, if you order a few different items, they may arrive separately so don’t freak out if you open the packet and there’s an item missing!
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are either handled by Paypal or Shopify Payments/Stripe. Either way, we don’t store any of your credit/debit card info ever.
What if there is a problem with my product?
Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll either send you a new one or give you your money back. You have 30 days from receiving the product, no further questions asked. We know what it feels like to get a dud after waiting patiently for ages (and unfortunately when you ship enough orders it happens, not often but it does happen) so we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
